Colleagues: GMU is undergoing AACSB reaccreditation this year and a question has been raised about how to classify several of our adjunct profs who have been awarded LLM degrees during the last couple of years but received their J.D. degrees more than five years ago. Since both practice law and thus have not published, do their LLM degrees reestablish for them the automatic AQ status granted to new PhD's/doctorates?

Would appreciate advice and information about how other schools handle this dilemma.

Thanks in advance,
Rick
