ALSB Colleagues,

At the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota, not Virgin Islands) all
Business Law courses require junior standing.

I taught in Australia for one year. At Curtin University, students
were permitted to take the "Legal Framework" course their first semester,
and Contract Law the second semester, in their first year of university. I
taught Contract law, and I felt the students at that tender age lacked
sufficient real-life experiences to really relate to or understand serious
legal issues. The later, the better in my view.

        Collegially,

        Rick Kunkel
