Thanks to Royce, Al, Lynda and all. That's what makes this such a great list.

Your friend,

Colleagues:

Professor Val Ricks of the South Texas College of Law has included both
WindowsMedia and RealPlayer versions of all three of the ads in his casebook
"The Story of Contract Law." You can find the Leonard v. Pepsico case in
the web version of the casebook at the following URL:
http://www.stcl.edu/faculty-dir/ricks/casebook/Leonardv.Pepsico.htm

Scroll down through the case, and you will find the links to the ads just
below it.

Friends, I teach this one, too, and would love a copy of the ad.

Best,

Barbara

Subject: Pepsi/Harrier

I have been searching in vain for a copy of the famous Pepsi Points
Commercial-the one with the Harrier jet "offered" for 7,000,000 Pepsi
points-which became the subject of Leonard v. Pepsico.  Does anyone know
where I could get/buy/borrow/steal a copy of the commercial (for copyright
exempt classroom purposes only)?
