The hotel that Pat Pattison mentioned is literally next door. It is more expensive so you will likely only want the one night (they wouldn't even talk to us seriously when we were negotiating).

We had a 110 rooms at the Hilton for Tuesday 8/8 and they are all booked. However, as cancellations occur they will give us rooms, even from other blocks. So, you may want to call the Hilton reservation number and asked to be put on a waiting list; and, in the meantime, Paula Murray's suggestion about the close-by Hilton in Baltimore for $99 a night might work.
