No, it was that old IRS form designer who created Schedule D's back page
with all those tax rates on it that we used a couple of years ago.

        Having just hit the wrong box and unitentionally having closed out
Microsoft Outlook for the umpteenth time, I wonder whether Microsoft had the
contract to design the ballots in Palm Beach.
