Ahem. The North Atlantic isn't in Beantown. It's in Providence this
year, at the Culinary Archives and Museum at Johnson & Wales University.
A more unique venue you will not find.

Suzy,

Prepare to be deluged with endless praise of all of our wonderful
regionals! Palm Springs, Beantown, San Antonio, etc., ... what fine
places to spend time with friendly colleagues in a scholarly
atmosphere!! No choice is a bad one, IMHO.

Subject: which regional meeting to attend?

I have some funding to attend a meeting during March or April, and am
wondering which regional might be best. Sorry, Midwest, but Chicago's
not an option - I've been there too many times. I'm looking for
somewhere new.

The only other regional I've been to is the Pacific Southwest in Palm
Springs, which was great but the timing doesn't work well for me this
year.

Any input appreciated!
