I forgot to say in my earlier message that changing the conference to
Wednesday through Sunday is a great idea!  The airfare problem is the
biggest reason, but that also would permit us to use more of the week at
home before coming, and would not waste the Sunday and part of Saturday
waiting around to leave, as is currently a problem.  Most of us do not
arrive home until Sunday p.m. anyway as it is, and this way we would gain
a Tuesday to work at home on the front end.
