There's an interesting article in the New York Times today which says
that the GOP filled out incomplete absentee ballots in Seminole
County, Florida:

http://www.nytimes.com/2000/11/14/politics/14SEMI.html

Apparently, the absentee ballots were missing "identification"
numbers and would not be counted unless the missing numbers were
filled in.

This strikes me as inconsistent with the GOP opposition to correcting
"mistakes" in the ballots cast Palm Beach County. Am I missing
something?
