Subject: teaching exercises for anyone interested



As part of my sabbatical, I've been developing and compiling teaching
resources for business law professors.  It will be a while before the
final version is, well, final! but in the meantime, knowing that people
may be preparing for the upcoming semester, I thought I'd send out a
couple of installments of the exercises I've been working on.

Feel free to use these, pass them on to colleagues, etc.  As always,
feedback appreciated if you have the inclination!
