CAL POLY, SAN LUIS OBISPO -- FACUTLY POSITION AVAILABLE (Subject to Funding)

        College of Business -- Global Strategy & Law Area
 
POSITION:  Tenure track position beginning Fall 1996 to teach
international business law; business, government, and society; and
buisness law.  Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(Hire subject to funding)
 
QUALIFICATIONS:  JD and strong academic record from AALS accredited law
school; state bar membership, research/publication potential are all
required.  Advanced degree in business, political science, international
relations/area studies, or international law required; PH.D. preferred.
Teaching and legal experience desirable.

DEPARTMENT:  The Global Strategy & Law Area includes seven faculty
members offering coursework at the undergraduate and MBA levels.  The
Area offers a concentration in international business as well as a
capstone course in business strategy and policy.  It also offers courses
in the legal, regulatory, and political environment of business,
international business law, legal aspects of high technology management,
and business law to business majors and to numerous other majors at the
University.
