I have been told that covering chapters on partnerships and corporations in
addition to Intro subjects., Torts, Contracts and Agency is too much for a
Bus. Law I course.  Any comments?  What substantive areas are covered by
members of the list in a Bus Law I class?  You may reply to me directly.
