This week's Bloomberg Business Week has an excellent graphic showing the legal cost involved in winning a case at the U.S. Supreme Court.

This helps point out one of the themes emphasized in our Legal Environment of Business Classes, that is the actual cost of litigation plus its diversion of management energy. That's a strategic decision fact that managers face. Take care.
