     I thought Sally G's problem distinguishing between "bare" and "bear"
     was interesting.  I had never had a problem between "its" and "it's"
     until I read that many people confuse them.  Somehow it made me lose
     my nerve, and now I look them up two or three times a week.  The
     power of suggestion!
