I've always loved the Taub & Lindgren book for undergrads--It is available
in paper and has GREAT discussion questions that really integrate feminist
theory into their legal coverage. So much of the work of "how to teach it"
has been done for you by the authors, that it almost teaches itself.
Students also like it--although I confess to not having taught that course
in the past few years...
