I have never figured out how the conference site rotation works, but I have
previously suggested and I am suggesting again that we try Albuquerque. The
downtown now has several large hotels connected to a conference center by
underground tunnels. We could arrange shuttle transportation to Santa FE
for sight-seeing and shopping. Or we could actually meet in Santa FE, but
there is no direct commercial air service (one hour shuttle ride from
albuq.) and prices are likely to be much higher. If someone tells me when &
where to send conference information, I would be happy to do some leg work
on this, if others have an interest in visiting THE LAND OF ENCHANTMENT.
