Although Ken asked that this be dropped, in Ken's defense, over the years I
have been attending the national and regional conferences I have heard the
same concern expressed by at least a half a dozen people (and Ken was not
one of these).  It is not that people lift sentences word for
word;  rather, the feeling is that people steal paper ideas.
