Carol,
       Congratulations!  If I am not mistaken, at one point in your career
you were an attorney in the State AG's office working on tobacco litigation
for the State of Mo.  Perhaps this public service--in addition to great
teaching, service and research contributed to your recognition.   Whatever
the causal chain, congratulations.
