Ohio still punches holes in cards as well...at least southwestern Ohio....

I just heard an interesting bit of news.  Four years ago approximately 14,000
votes were thrown out in the same Palm Beach County for irregularities.
Sounds like a great project for an area school in 2004; seminars for the
citizens on filling out ballots properly.  Question. . .In today's modern
high tech world, why is Florida still punching holes in cards??
