We are looking for someone to pitch hit on a joint paper. At the Albuquerque meeting, we had a panel discussion on the WTO in relationship to non-trade interests (NTIs). Each panel member submitted about a 20 page paper in law review format. We then agreed to compile the papers into an article. The papers were to be on the WTO and sovereignty, labor, environment, and consumer protection. Unfortunately, the party committed to do the environment section had to withdraw. We therefore need someone to write the environment section. Our plan now is to have the paper submissions due at the end of November in order to take into account the next WTO Ministerial meeting scheduled in Qatar in early November. At this point we would ask everyone to submit their final papers by the end of November. If you are interested, please contact Larry DiMatteo ([log in to unmask]), Kiren Dosanjh ([log in to unmask]), Peter Bowal ([log in to unmask]), or Paul
Frantz ([log in to unmask]).
Thank you.
Paul Frantz
