Good Morning!

It always makes me feel good to see so much chatter about technology law
when I wake up.

I am working with West Legal Studies in Business to complete the book,
Legal Aspects of Managing Technology. We are in the page proof stage
right now, although we still are working hard to add the most recent
events, such as the RIAA complaints against Napster and My.mp3.com, the
MPAA allegations regarding DeCSS, and the latest information on the
Microsoft antitrust case. The book WILL be available in July of this
year.

The book is very comprehensive, and thoroughly covers intellectual
property, computer law, and cyberlaw issues, among several other topics,
such as warranties and antitrust. At the same time, it is written in a
very readable, user-friendly style. If you want more specific
information, I could develop and send a somewhat detailed table of
contents. I just used a draft of the book for my high technology law
class at Cal Poly, and it was extremely successful.

Obviously, I hope this book will meet your needs in the upcoming years.
Let me know if I can help in any way.
