Michael: Agree fully that wording should not preclude someone with
the J.D.  Suggest the ad merely ask for "a relevant terminal degree"
or something similar.  Tom Dunfee has a list of all our members who
are Associate or Assistant Deans.  We also have at least two Deans
of which I am aware.
