Lizbeth,
I have a wonderful tape that focuses on the Challenger disaster. It has
interviews of the engineers and discusses the interaction between NASA and
the contractors as well as the corporate decision making process. It's about
45 minutes long and often brings tears to some students eyes. Relevant
discussions of whistle blowing (or not whistle blowing as is the case),
effects of corporate decision making, management pressure on subordinates,
personal ethics and business ethics easily flow from the film.
The only problem is that my office is packed up as we are moving into a
brand new building (yea !!!) and I won't be able to locate it until
mid-January at the very earliest. Let me know if this is what you're looking
for. Glad to help if I can.
