Subject: employment related negotation exercise

I am searching for a video that depicts an employment related negotiation exercise. I am aware of Termination Tempest ( http://www.pon.harvard.edu/shop/termination-tempest/ ), but the exercise is somewhat dated and unnecessarily long-winded.

Any suggestions for this or any other employment-related video-based case studies would be much appreciated.
