        Try the following if you want hard data comparing law journals:
 
        The Chicago-Kent Law Review has published articles comparing the
publication rates of law school faculty.  They use a list of the most
cited law journals.  The rates offer a favorable comparison for many
legal studies faculty.
 
        Jordan Liebman at Indiana U, Purdue U at Indianapolis, has
published several studies of law journals, including their decision
processes, etc.
