I use Wiley's Review Paperbacks for the Regulation section to make sure that I cover everything that our students will be tested on-

Subject: Re: CPA Exam - Topics Needed

All - I would be very interested in seeing any responses to the question below for the same reason as Bob. I have downloaded a topics list from the CPA site, but it is not very helpful in terms of specific topics that should be taught in say B-law 2 for accounting majors.

Thanks, David

Subject: CPA Exam

Hi Everyone,

I am need of some quick information about the CPA exam. After many years of teaching legal environment and other topics, I am back as the solo act teaching business law I and II to the accounting majors.

I have a pretty good idea what's on it but I was wondering if anyone had a good, succinct list of topics covered so I don't miss anything.

Thanks a head of time and if you want to sent it to me privately, my email is: [log in to unmask]
