Thanks, Connie. Do you know if a textbook is used for this course or is it strictly case-based? Is it team-taught?

HBS has a required first-year course entitled "Leadership and Corporate Accountability" but there is no separate unit. Its faculty come from the General Mgt, Finance, Accounting, and Org Behavior units. As a result, there is no clear path to tenure since promotions are made only through a unit.

Subject: Question for Connie Bagley
Hi Connie,
At one point you mentioned that HBS may have a unit entitled "Leadership and Corporate Accountability." Have you done this?
Thanks.
