More - Frank was right to object to putting environmental regul under
personal property - I have gone back to the original curriculum (cheating,
I know) and it already appears under govt regulation of business.
Likewise, property has three headings: real property, personal property
and fire insurance. We are already recommending broadining the last
category. Brent and I undertake to recheck the curriculum before we send
the letter off!
