Clarence Walton passed away on April 13th at the age of 88.   A pioneer
in the field of business ethics, he authored The Moral Manager and
Corporate Encounters, among many books.  Charming and distinguished, he
was president of Catholic University and dean of the business school at
Dusquesne.  In addition, he taught at Columbia University and the
American College.
