I apologize for the lateness of this -- it's probably too late. But if it's still useful to this person's purpose, you might pass this along. The books I've read on the subject are Tomas Sedlacek, Economics of Good and Evil (Oxford, 2011), and Jonathan Aldred, The Skeptical Economist: Revealing the Ethics Inside Economics (earthscan, 2009). Both Sedlacek (Prague) and Aldred (Cambridge) are economists.

Subject: Question

I am visiting a U in Australia and came across someone whose task it is
to persuade the economists that they should incorporate ethics materials
into their program. She is facing the inevitable resistance and I said
I would ask if there was anyone in the ALSB who has had this experience
so she could compare strategies etc.

Thanks. If you reply to me and you are willing to help, I will connect
you directly with her.

Sally
