Without a doubt the text I am about to suggest is an acquired taste.
Without a doubt it requires the students to read carefully and think
broadly. Instructor preparation would be to read carefully and think
broadly prior to entering the classroom, and ordinary preparation.
Without a doubt it is at the graduate level (but MS Word scores it a
grade 12).

A couple of caveats. First, this is a 1.6 MB file in PDF. I suggest
you open your PDF reader prior to clicking on this link so as to avoid a
freeze. Second, within this PDF there are over 200 links, not all will
function. Some are out of date, others appear to be active (i.e., blue
