President Clinton's former chief of staff, said.
I read this in the LA Times, but why is it so? Surely President Clinton is
in office until late January? Why the rush? Isn't it better to sort out the
irregulatities now and avoid a presidency which would always be diminished
by doubtful authority?
One more question- is there some legal reason why the US does not have a
national Election Commission so there could be some a-political organiser
of elections? This works in other countries
