I thought some of you or some people you know might be interested in the
following:

VISITING LECTURER:  BUSINESS LAW AND TAXATION
2001-02 Academic Year

Babson College seeks a Visiting Lecturer of Business Law and Taxation to
teach in its undergraduate and graduate business programs.  The selected
individual will have successful college-level experience and past or current
significant experience in business and tax law.  A J.D. and admission to a
state bar are required; an advanced degree in tax or an MBA, and record of
publication are desireable.  Candidates with practitioner or academic
background will receive consideration.  Opening may be extended beyond 2002.
High quality performace could support consideration to a continuing,
tenure-track position.  Women and lawyers from underrepresented population
groups are urged to apply.

or before May 1, 2001.
