            I cannot offer substantive comments to Ed's queries, but I would
like to respond to his pps.  I, for one, would appreciate reading any responses
to Ed.  This list is, at least, for a discussion of how to improve all of
our teaching.  Ed's questions clearly are related to this topic.  I would hope
that the preceding exchange on what is appropriate to send to ALSBTALK will not
limited the opportunity for those of us who are novices in presentation soft-
ware from learning from those with experience.  "Let not limit the knowledge
just to Ed."
