Subject: reference

Fellow IABS People:
With the recent posting regarding affirmative action I am hoping
someone can help me with a reference (citation). I am looking for some
type of cite that indicates whether policies regarding the hiring of
women and minorities are set more at the corporate level in highly
diversified firms or decentralized to SBUs or to divisions to both
set policy and implement them. I am working on a diversification piece
and any (?) reference, academic or practitioner would be greaaatly
appreciately. Thanks in advance. Moo from the midwest!
