Hi Colleagues,

UCC Art. 2-612 says that if one installment of an installment sales contract substantially impairs the value of the whole contract, there is a breach of the whole.

I need a good classroom example of such a thing, and I haven't been able to come up with one. No doubt some of you have one. Would you share?

Thank you,

Dan
