ALSB Colleagues,

I will soon begin teaching a new employment law elective course for which
we have recruited marketing and management majors. My intent, affirmed by
the recent LISTSERVE dialogue on the importance of encouraging legal
analysis and just plain thinking in our courses, is to build the course
around employment scenarios for application of the statutes and cases. The
Employment Law for Business Instructor's Manual (Bennett-Alexander, Pincus)
offers some options, but I am looking for more. Can anyone help with
sources of written or videotape employment law vignettes/case
studies/hypos/essay questions?

Thanks.
