I have been requested to prepare an undergraduate  course outline for
business & consumer reorganization.... including bankruptcy, debtor &
creditors rights etc.

Does anyone have any ideas as to a text that might be appropriate to
such a course?????
Any other assistance would be greatly appreciated.
