I have to say that I found the little discussion about Kahn v. State Oil
very refreshing.  It's nice to know that we occasionally use this list to
actually discuss the law.  I enjoyed reading the opinions of these scholars,
for whom I have a lot of respect and from whom I learned quite a bit.
