Great news Connie! I was not aware that Harvard offered examination
copies.
Would you post the table of contents? The book description is quite
complete, but I find chapter breakdowns particularly useful when
considering how to use a book in teaching.
Thanks and congratulations!

Dear Friends,
In a totally self-serving vein, I'm proud to announce that my new book
Winning Legally: How to Use the Law to Create Value, Marshal Resources,
and Manage Risk, published by Harvard Business School Press
(http:www.hbsp.harvard.edu), is now in print. It should be in a
bookstore near you within the next month or so and on Amazon sooner. HBS
Press has them in stock so any potential adopters should feel free to
contact them and ask for an examination copy. I think that the book
would be particularly well-suited to executive education classes. Be
well.

Sorry for the brief ALSBTALK hiatus---you are all just burning up the
wires...ALSBTALK shut down due to OVERUSE...hahaha...I have upped the
threshold so that we should not have the problem again (unless Shaw goes
on a rampage!)
