Here is an update report from your temporary CLE Liaison:

Approved:      1. Georgia  12.5 hours, 3.3 ethics
                        2.  Iowa    12.5 hours, 0 ethics
                        3. Kansas -- must apply individually
                        4. Missouri    15 hours, 1.5 ethics
                        5. North Carolina    10 hours, 1.25 Prof. Resp.
                        6. South Carolina    12.5 hours, 3.25 ethics
                        7. Texas -- approved   hours,   ethics  pending
receipt of $55.00
                        8. Wisconsin    15 hours, 3 ethics
                        9. Indiana --approved unofficially  11+ hours
                      10. Pennsylvania -- approved pending receipt of check

            California & New York say they will approve under reciprocity
since Missouri approved it.


Denied:       Virginia - said quality of materials not sufficient.  I
suggest you appeal.


Colorado, Texas & North Dakota will decide after we send in fee.

Checks have been sent to the following 4 states.  I know that several
others, especially Ohio, will require payment, but haven't heard from them.

North Dakota Commission for CLE        $25.00
MCLE Dept., State Bar of Texas             $55.00
Colorado Board of Continuing Legal & Judicial Education   $25.00
Pennsylvania    $


    I have not heard from: Massachusetts, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee,
Utah, or West Virginia.
