ALSBers,

Wouldn't the disclosure by White House officials of the name of a 
covert CIA agent, to punish the agent's spouse for criticizing the 
President in The New York Times, be precisely the type of conduct the 
framers of the Constitution had in mind when they made officials 
subject to impeachment for "Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes 
and Misdemeanors" (US Const., Article II, sec. 4) ?
