You might try this website:

and its accompanying litigation database:

Subject: help searching for trademark litigation

I have a database with a large number of brands. My project involves finding out whether these brands have been the subject of trademark litigation in the state or federal courts, and what the outcome was. One way is to manually search on lexis/westlaw for each brand name and “trademark infringement” but that pulls up a lot of unnecessary hits and would take an extremely long time to review.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to efficiently learn whether brands have been involved in trademark litigation and it’s result?
