If you want to use a Business Case Method approach, I'd recommend "Policies
& Person's: A Casebook in Business Ethics" (Goodpaster & Nash, McGraw
Hill). The cases are nicely laid out so you can move from person ethics, to
corporate values, into the broader (& international) communities. There was
also a really good article on Corporate Social Responsibility in "The
Economist" a couple of weeks ago.

Konrad (and anyone else who is interested),

I've been using a short book called The Ethics of Management by Larue
Tone Hosmer (who teaches at The University of Alabama) for about three
years now in the course where I cover ethics. I like this book because
it is a good primer on many of the fundamentals from where we derive
ethics. The basics of St. Augustine, Kant, Rawls and others are
covered. The book does cover legal aspects of ethics and provides
students with "real world" cases at the end of each chapter. This is
the book my students are required to read before we get into Jennings
case study text. I hope that helps.
