For Tom & any others interested - I would also like to put in another plug
for the McGraw Hill text, "Law, Business and Society".  This is one of the
best text books around (in my view) period.  It will certainly satisfy the
prerequisites mentioned by Tom -- this is a book that really makes students
think and shows lots of different viewpoints by including numerous articles
from a variety of sources  &  both authors are incredibly generous with
their time and have both provided me w/ extra personal assistance, articles
etc. in using the book (and even in semesters when I was not using the
book).  Liz
