I think an article once appeared in the Journal of Irreproduceable Results, in which it was proved that the combined mass of all the National Geographic magazines in various garages would inevitably alter the Earth's orbit.
Just a thought...

Subject: old ABLJ and JLSE issues
Hi everyone,
Probably because I have too much free time on my hands, and any idleness would just get myself into trouble, I'm reorganizing my little library. One of my favorite 'collections' are the printed issues of the ABLJ and JLSE. I only have these back to 1996. A current collection is nice, but old journals are even better. Is anyone with too much stuff looking to get rid of their old ALSB and JLSE journals? Any retiring colleagues you might know? If so, I'd be happy to pay shipping and sing your praises if you would unload them to yours truly.
The pack rat,
Robert
