Dear Ger 610 Students:
 
I want to inform you of my availability on campus to the end of Summer
Session III. I will be in my office tomorrow, Wed. July 23, also the
following Wed. July 30. Please contact me for a specific meeting time if you
have questions or wish to take a test.
 
Aug. 1-11 I will be on a trip and unavailable. Summer Session III grades are
due at the Registrar's on Monday, Aug. 11. However, since I am only
returning that evening to Cincinnati, I have permission to pass in Ger 610
grades on Tues. Aug. 12. Therefore, if you anticipate completing one more
unit between July 30 and Aug. 11, please plan to take your test on Tues.
morning Aug. 12, so that I have sufficient time to read your exam and turn
in your grade that day. Please inform me of your testing plans, especially
if I need to make up an individual test for you. I will have to do this
before I leave on my trip Aug. 1.
 
Any credits not completed by Aug. 12 will go in to the Registrar as
Incomplete. Your next opportunity to take a test and change the I to a grade
will be on Wed. Aug. 20.
