Here is a copy of what I sent:

Hello Everyone!  Welcome back!  We hope that you all had a wonderful summer.
Can you believe that Greek Week is less than a month away?  There will be a
Chapter Chairs meeting this Monday, August 27th from 9:00-10:00pm in 113 Laws
.  Plan on having a member present so that we can go over some information
with you.  Also, plan on having a meeting for all chapter chairs once a week
between now and Greek Week so that we can keep you updated.  We will let you
know the dates of those meetings on Monday.  If you have any questions you
can call Jessica Felice at 4-5882 or Kris Langager at 4-6320.  Thanks!  See
you on the 27th!
