My name is Erin Heyboer and I am graduate student in the College Student 
Personnel program. I am currently in the process of planning Interview Days 
which are a two day period in which candidates are invited to campus to 
interview with professors and assistantship providers, as well as to meet 
with current students. This year, we are coordinating an informational fair 
to take place during the breakfast on the second day of each of the two 
Interview Day Sessions. I would like to invite you to participate and share 
information about your organization, the Graduate Students of Color 
Association, to the candidates for our program. The support that your 
organization may offer to future graduate students is very important and we 
would be most grateful if you could be in attendance.

 

The dates of the fairs will be Friday, February 22 and Friday, February 29. 
The fair will take place from 8:00 am- 9:30 am on both days in the Miami 
Inn. While candidates eat their breakfast, they will be encouraged to visit 
the tables around the room to gain valuable information about services and 
organizations on Miami's campus. You are invited to eat breakfast as well.
