I think It would be a good idea.
Another possibility would be to communicate via email. Most of the time
groups request financial support, we generally get it done by eamil
fairly quickly. In any event, I am sure the GSA exec. would be pleased to
support your conference the best we can. As fair warning, the GSA exec. as
a whole has been a little more frugal with funds this year than
last.....but hopefully they can relax a little.
