Good Morning Scholars & Faculty,

I am emailing you today to provide you with an amazing opportunity to work first-hand with some of today's brightest youth. On Wednesday October 10, 2012 we will be hosting our annual Teacher Academy symposium here at Miami University. This year we are expecting about 300 students from 10 area high schools on campus as they go through this amazing conference. The conference will go from 9:00am until 1:30pm. Being students and employees of the university I do not expect anyone to be open during this entire time period but if you could volunteer any segment of your morning/early afternoon to this great program, we would greatly appreciate you. Seeing as all of you are in majors, professions and student organizations geared toward helping today's youth, I thought that you could benefit the most from this experience.

If you are interested in helping me out please email me and let me know what times that you are available! Also, if you are apart of an organization and have access to the list serve, please forward this email to your list serve (GSA, GSCA, Hannah House, Guiding 100, MUNAACP, Alpha Phi Alpha, Phi Beta Sigma, Kappa Alpha Psi). Thank you all for your time and I look forward to hearing from you all! Have a great Thursday.

Thank You,
Andre
